Online Cooking 101: Summer Fruits Fun

Welcome to Online Cooking 101: Summer Fruits Fun!

If you have participated in a cooking class or have completed one of our Online COOL'inary Clubs, then try this 101 course! In each of these four seasonal fruit-themed classes, we will feature a fresh summertime favorite! It is the perfect class for young chefs looking to practice their culinary skills and have fruit-filled fun!

• Become a more seasoned chef
• Eat yummy food and have fun!

We'll feature the following summertime fruits as we create these fantastic recipes together:

• PEACHES! Peachy “Panzanella” Bread Salad + Bellissima Basil Vinaigrette + Blended Basil Peachade
• TOMATOES! Couscous and White Bean Confetti Tabouli + Totally Tomato Feta Salad + Warm Honey Bear Tea
•  WATERMELON! Hawaiian Rainbow Watermelon Poke Bowls + Steamed Rice + Wondrous Watermelon Soda
• BLUEBERRIES! Nova Scotia Blueberry Grunt+Kid-Shaken Whipped Butter+Lemon Sugar Sprinkle+Lemon Crush 

Things to know:

• Class is open to ALL AGES [For some less experienced chefs, adult help might be needed]
• Only 1 registration is needed per household. Siblings can join on the same screen and can share ingredients OR have their own!
• Your child will need access to a full oven. Parental guidance is suggested, based on your child's age and ability.
• You will receive a welcome email before the class with instructions for logging in and the recipes [Be sure to check your spam folder!]
